Overview
A portfolio site that prioritizes presence over noise. The work leads, the motion supports.
Problem
The original design pitch was a maximalist showcase. It looked impressive in a deck and exhausting in a browser.
Solution
Stripped the brief down to one strong gesture per section. Replaced "always on" effects with deliberate transitions tied to scroll intent.

Challenges
- Keeping 60fps on mid-tier mobile while shaders ran in the background.
